Tasting Notes
| Nose |
| Adelphi - A mild nose feel, with Werther's
Original caramels - rich, rounded and
smooth. This develops into custard cream
pudding, then steamed sponge pudding. |
| Taste |
| Adelphi - An unctuous texture with crème
brulee and crème caramel becoming
more toffee-like with a hint of molasses.
The addition of water brings fresh custard
powder over a flapjack base; later some
bosky traces and quite mineralic. |

| Adelphi - toffee and homemade tablet. |
