Tasting Notes
| Nose |
| Adelphi - A slight nose prickle to start,
with teak oil, artists’ turpentine and
furniture polish; then buttery vanilla
sponge behind. The latter moves forward
and becomes Eve’s Pudding (apple
sponge). Water supresses the aroma
somewhat, although the apple sponge is
still apparent. |
| Taste |
| Adelphi - A surprisingly perfumed palate,
with Parma violets; dry over all. A smooth
texture, with a dash of water; sweeter, but
still dry overall. |
| Finish |
| Adelphi - Still traces of Parma violets
in the
aftertaste. |
