Tasting Notes
| Nose |
| Tablet and treacle toffee, pumpernickel,
haxelnuts, dryish, not as sweet smelling
as a Speyside. Also a hint of truffles. |
| Taste |
| Distinct saltiness, more treacle toffee,
bacon, maple syrup and pancakes - in
fact an entire Canadian breakfast,
caramelized red onions pop up then Sushi
nori and Soy sauce. |
| Finish |
| Incredibly mature for its age. |
