Island Whisky

This region represents all of Scotlands whisky producing islands with the exception of Islay which is classified seperatley. In fact only a handful of Scotlands many isles actually produce whisky at this time.

These whiskies have all got seperate characters from the lighter spirit produced at this regions youngest distillery through to the full bodied peatiness of one of its “classics”. One thing these whiskies all have in common is the flavour of ozone and a certain freshness achieved from Island distilling and maturation.
