Distillery bottling Doorly's XO
Distilled by R. L. Seale & Co. Ltd - Barbados. Doorly's XO rum is distilled from fermented molasses. It is aged in used whisky barrels then finished in Orolosso Sherry barrels. Minisitry of rum says "The light, aroma and tropical fruit in the initial taste are well balanced with hints of spice, lightly roasted nuts and hints of spice lead to a warm smoky finish." This is possibly the rum for whisky drinkers.
