The Glendronach 12 is one of the best entry single malts around. The combination of Bourbon and Sherry(some Pedro Ximminez) casks gives lots of toffee, malt and nuts over lade with raisins and fruit pie.
Tasting Notes
| Nose |
| Lots of sweet toffee, raisins and
chocolate.
It also has a maltiness. I'm reminded of
Crunchy Nut Cornflakes. |

| Chewy and malty becoming treacle biscuits
and also fruit pie. |
| Finish |
| Spice, sweet and raisins. |
