Distillery bottling Kilchoman Inaugural 100% Islay Release
The Kilchoman 100% Islay is bottled in a new bespoke bottle and is produced from barley, grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled at the distillery. It is 3 years old with an approximate peating level of 15 to 20ppm and has been matured in first fill bourbon barrels. This release is vatted and reduced to 50% alcohol strength on Islay using Kilchoman's exclusive Islay Water, before being bottled at the distillery.
