Rest of the World	7-9 working days	For international orders, delivery times vary depending on location. An estimate of delivery time can be provided by requesting further details. Shipping outside of the UK is at the customers risk.

Please note that some countries impose restrictions that mean we cannot send some of our products to to those locations.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address. We ship to most countries, although delivery of alcohol related products to Canada is prohibited. (If you choose to have an alcohol related product delivered to an address in Canada we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery.)
We only ship bottles individually for non-UK orders for speed and safety reasons. For the safety of your bottle, and to keep postage costs down, we do not normally send the outer cardboard packaging with the bottle, if you particularly want this enclosed please email us at the time you place your order. However, some bottles have special presentation cases which we will send.

All countries are VAT free except those that are part of the EU

Returns Policies
If you are unhappy with products purchased which are not faulty, we will happily refund your money, or exchange the products if you inform us within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the goods. In this event, the products must be returned to us in good condition. We will make reimbursements within 30 days of cancellation. Any product returned must be within its original packaging. (Unfortunately we cannot pay for the delivery charge of unwanted products.)

However, if any products that we send to you are faulty or damaged we will replace them or reimburse you for the expense, including the cost of delivery, if you prefer. If products are faulty or damaged, we require that you tell us within a reasonable time of receipt of the products. All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us of your wish to return the products. Any product returned must be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage. Please note that this does not apply to customers who are outside of the UK.
