For international orders, delivery times vary depending on location. An estimate of delivery time can be provided by requesting further details. Shipping outside of the UK is at the customers risk. |
Please note that some countries impose restrictions that mean we cannot send some of our products to to those locations.
Returns Policies
Please check your purchases carefully when you receive them. If you are unhappy with products purchased we will happily refund your money, or exchange the products if you inform us within 7 days of the delivery of the goods. In this event, the products must be returned to us in good condition and we would prefer you to use the packaging that we send. We may require proof if goods are damaged. Unfortunately we cannot pay for the delivery charge of unwanted products and to cover extra costs in dealing wiith those customers outside the European Union there is an administration charge for returned goods which is the greater of 20% of the order or the original postal charge.
In the unlikely event that your purchases are received damaged please act to mitigate any loss. Do not reject the delivery. Please contact us with the details of any damaged goods and we will arrange replacements or a refund. We may require proof of damage. Unfortunately we cannot refund delivery charges.
Any product returned must be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address. We ship to most countries, although delivery of alcohol related products to certain countries such as Canada and Sweden is prohibited. (If you choose to have an alcohol related product delivered to an address in Canada we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery). Please note that to certain destinations we ship bottles individually for speed and safety reasons.
For the safety of your bottle, and to keep postage costs down, we do not normally send the outer cardboard packaging with the bottle, if you particularly want this enclosed please email us at the time you place your order. However, some bottles have special presentation cases which we will send.
All countries are VAT free except those that are part of the EU
