| Nose |
| G&M - Sweet cured notes, with a defined
sweet smoke edge. Cream fudge and
creme brulee notes develop and a touch
of vanilla lingers. With water more define
hints of smoke, with a subtle burst of
tropical fruits developing. |
| Taste |
| G&M - Initially sweet with candied apples
and a burst of cracked pepper. Smoke
emerges and hints of bonfire embers
develop. Some paprika emerges in the
background. With water peat smoke,
with a defined sweet edge, creamy and
smooth with a hint of peat lingering. |
