A complex 12 year old. There is some sherry with lots of chocolate and malt. Quite oily on the palate. A really good all round whisky.

Nose
Pernod, aniseed, malt, chocolate eclairs, cardamon, crème caramel, cramac bars, and a whiff of smoke
Taste
Sweet, malt, spice and liquorish
Finish
Sweet, spice and pepper
